Intention Setting

As we begin a new year, many find it helpful to reflect on the year past as well as make plans for the coming year.  Some people set resolutions.  A different approach is setting intentions.  Reflecting on the definitions of both might help you decide which approach will serve you best this year:

Resolution: a firm decision to do or not to do something.

Intention: a thing intended; an aim or plan.

The second approach of setting intentions is most in alignment with the outlook we hold at Little Tree.  An outlook that allows big picture thinking and leaves room for flexibility and grace.
