Mindfulness Practices

Upon request of clients, I have recorded a short guided meditation. There are many, many approaches to meditation. I specifically teach this approach as it is a practice that builds our ability to be present with what is happening within and around us. When we can be present, we can respond rather than react.

When using guided meditations, it is useful to practice with the recording several times, like 8-10, and then shift to doing the practice without the recording.
